Sew the side seams and add pockets on the sides.

Join a front leg to a back leg at the inside leg seams to make each leg.

Join the crotch seam, stopping at the bottom of the back zipper.

Make the front tucks.

Gather the top of the culottes.

Attach fusible interfacing to the outer waist yoke pieces. Assemble the waist yoke. 



I applied the non-stretch stay tape and stitched it to the wrong side of the inner waist yoke.

Sew the waist yoke and the culottes upper edge.

Insert a zipper in the CB.

Sew upper edges of inner and outer yokes.

Hem your culottes.
